How on earth do you ruin lasagna? I managed to do so tonight. Usually if I ruin something, it is still edible at least. I ran out of time to cook the noodles first (thanks to no second nap for two days in a row...ah hmm), so I just layered it and put some water on top. 45 minutes later I go to get it out (mind you, we are all hungry because it is a little later than normal dinner) and it is a big watery mess!!! Ahh! I was so mad I just sat on the couch and ignored the world! Kele was trying so hard to save it (i.e. dumping out the water, lol) but it was useless. Thanks to Johnny Tsaunami chinese (and my sweet husband) for saving the day! My lasagna soup is still sitting in the over, dry enough to eat now, an hour later. Now at least I have dinner made for tomorrow. See, everything always works out for the good!

My goodness, don't you just love when stuff like that happens?!?! A long time ago I had made chicken and white rice, and the rice was horrible, we ended up getting Burger King hahaha! Ahhh, you live and you learn lol!
